This national organisation with a staff of over 2000 had recently undergone a rebranding and was at a transition point in terms of their next stage of growth.

The leadership team of this business had successfully steered the organisation to be rated as the first in their field. With an ethos of continuous improvement, the team wanted to ensure that great became exceptional.

A senior executive was struggling to assert themselves and embody confidence. They had difficulty speaking up in meetings, often resorted to the notetaker and were perceived as a transactional, rather than strategic leader. Robin was engaged by the CEO with a brief to work with the executive to develop their style and confidence.

When strategy sessions stalled and ideas ran dry, this executive team needed a circuit breaker. Through a dynamic full-day innovation workshop, we helped shift mindsets, unlock fresh thinking and reset the go-to-market strategy with purpose and energy.

This major investment funds manager has grown from a start up to over 55 people in 15 years. Poised for further growth we were asked to run a team development session at a regional business offsite focusing on Connection, Play and Growth.
